I am originally from Mexico, I have a bachelor degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering. My background is in mainly in medical imaging technologies. I've been using wireshark for packet analysis for over 20 years to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the medical imaging (PACS and DICOM) space. I currently work in L4 support in sustaining engineering department where I provide global support and do regular trainings in packet analysis to my peers . I enjoy hiking, road biking, SUPing and anything nature related.
