When people hear the term ‘ICMP’, most think of ‘Ping’ first. However, there are many more ICMP types and codes.
In this session, we’ll look at the most important ones, when they occur, how they can help troubleshoot issues, and which ones should be blocked and which ones shouldn’t.
We’ll also look at ICMPv6, which plays an even more important role in fundamental network functions.
